• Steering overall responsibility for 24x7 operation of India NOC, the network WAN, Security, Voice and Platform services needs of enterprise users in Ericsson’s IT.• Heading a team of 8 Senior Managers and 210 employees in India Operations• Accountable for network support and common platform support including windows, linux, solaris platforms• Senior Advisor to Head of unit, looking in short, medium and long term strategy of IT Landscape• Responsible for handling all IT related RFP response and proposal for any new business lead• Responsible for cost, expense and any financial strategy that impacts the business• Accountable for hiring, managing, mentoring & motivating the team members.• Creating budget year on year in line with forecasted headcount growth in India operations• Ensuring process compliance in line with ITIL based framework troubleshoots, repairs, changes and monitors Ericsson's IT network WAN, Security, Voice and Platform services.• Accountable for the 24x7 India Operations for a global network and all associated equipment to make sure that it is available for all customers. • Working in coordination with the NOC and L2 teams to quickly resolve Ericsson’s IT issues. • Establishing and leading the governance of third party suppliers. • Monitoring and maintaining network and platform operations stability.• Acting as Program management head for IT • Offering direct management of key functions such as Service Delivery, Service Management, Project Management, Business Analysts, ITSMs Process Managers.• Planning & managing resources; steering activities encompassing organizational development, recruitment, budget formulation and execution as well as strategic planning. • Developing & maintaining strong relationships with internal / external customers as well as stakeholders. • Resolving issues, creating streams of communication, analyzing data, reviewing policy and making recommendation; analyzing the required funding,
