In this internship I have accomplished couple of projects:1. Business process restructuring to streamline Inventory and information flows on a Saas based ERP system.2. RPA implementation in a dispatch planning process.

1.) During first four months I worked in Mechanical department. I was managing preventive maintenance in BOPET film manufacturing division. During that stint my main focus was to reduce the maintenance cost of those parts which were consuming 80% of the total expenditure. Various jigs and fixtures were fabricated to replace outsource repair work with in-house repairing, by doing that I have saved 40% of monthly maintenance cost.2.) After that I worked operations department where my responsibility was to make Production plan, Dispatch plan, and Inventory Controlling. I was also a part of team that helped Uflex film division in getting it's first BRC(British Retail Consortium) certification.
