Playing a national role, he took up key initiatives for fostering innovations under “India Grand Vision 2020”. He was a special invitee at the prestigious Kellogg Innovation Network Global conference in USA. He was invited as a speaker on innovation by TiE, world’s largest entrepreneurship organization, at Dallas, USA and by University of Texas, USA. At Chita, Russia, representing team India, won award for India, in innovation category, among 14 participating countries in 2014. He has trained 19000 professionals in 450+ workshops on innovation, strategy, leadership, sales & marketing, customer care etc. at ABB, ACC, L&T, Linde, EIL, Reliance, GSPC, ITT, Torrent, Huber etc. He is a ZED Matster Trainer and a TEDx Speaker. He is a part of CII Industrial Innovation Award team. He is a 'Business Coach' at CEO Mentoring clinic. He was a Jury for 'Business Excellence Award' at E&Y, FOKIA, FGI, SWITCH Global Expo. As a founding member and secretary of Vadodara Innovation Council (VIC), he played a pivotal role in shaping VIC as the first and only city based Innovation Council in India.Over 16 years, he worked for top ranked US (Emerson), German (Burgmann) and Indian MNCs in sales & marketing, customer care, quality assurance, projects, planning, manufacturing in diverse industry verticals.He is a BE from REC/ NIT with merit scholarship and MBA in Marketing with distinction.
