● Managing all operational & audit activities of Toll Plaza. Managing, Guiding, Supervising, Billing executives, Audit executives, Bank executives & Project Staff.● Hospitality of all the visitors and company related corporate guest & other arrangements like accommodation, fooding facility, internet device & stationary handover which is provided by the company. ● Responsible for evaluation on daily basis Blacklisted Transaction and communicate with our client Banking partner.● Prepares reports, analysis and forecasts of toll revenue for the Concessionaire and submits recommendations to maximize returns in accordance with approved policies and procedures.● Developing toll strategy in terms of Revenue collections. Exploring and coordinating with the technical team for developing ITS & HTMS in advance about traffic situations. ● Coordination with Technical panel and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.● Collating, checking and analyzing spreadsheet data.● Ensuring that assets are protected & identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made.● Responsible to make a friendly environment in an organization.● To meet the relevant officials of the local administrations after a regular interval and to maintain cordial relations with them.

● To prepare and submit the daily Traffic & Revenue report to the management in the manner as prescribed. ● Responsible for time by time first aid and fire extinguisher and fire hydrants.● To investigate discrepancies in toll collection and conduct regular checks on toll floats and petty cash floats maintained at the toll plazas to detect and deter pilferage and fraud.● To attend and address customer complaints.● Finding out the sources of revenue leakage at toll plaza, through the DVR system, Validation Application, Database Application & Spot-Checking Process of Billing Executive.● To ensure daily remittance of the revenue as per the laid down procedures and maintain proper records there-for and keep always up-dated.● Prepares reports, analysis and forecasts of toll revenue for the Concessionaire and submits recommendations to maximize returns in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

● To ensure that sufficient number of lanes are opened to cater for smooth traffic flow all the times. ● To ensure availability of operational forms, Avoid over stocking. Maximum stock of operational forms for not more than three months at a time.● To ensure Check post operations go on efficiently and smoothly.● Ensures proper check post collection processes are followed and check post charge is duly collected.● In case of check post collection systems under break down, follow the “Procedure and responsibilities for issue of Manual tickets”.

● Formulating MIS reports basis, the audit data received.● Processing monthly attendance musters for workers, trainees & officers.● Maintaining employee’s personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels.● Designed policies and Various HR forms and Induction Program.

● Proper supervision in the manner as prescribed during the cash counting by the TC's.● To ensure that authorized TC's collected the Toll-Revenue and strictly follow as per the laid down procedures.
