• Dr. Vikas Dongre received M.E. from Walchand College of Engineering Sangli, in 1994, and a Ph.D. degree from RTM Nagpur University in Electronics Engineering in 2016.• He also completed MA in Public Administration from Nagpur University in 1996.• He served as a lecturer in PDVVP engineering college and SSVPS engineering college Dhule (MS), India from 1992 to 1994. • He Joined Government Polytechnic Nagpur in 1994 as a Lecturer in Electronics and communication department, and worked in various colleges, till July 2016.• He is serving as Head of the Department of Electronics and communication engineering from Aug. 2016, presently serving in Government Polytechnic Arvi (Maharashtra). He has 29 years of teaching and administrative experience.• He had worked as in-charge Principal of Government Polytechnic, Washim for one year.• He is a member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE). • He has published 8 research papers in international journals and conferences.• His areas of interest include embedded systems, pattern recognition, Education Technology, Psychology, academic Video Creation, Retirement coach. • He is a YouTuber. He has conducted 10 webinars in various institutes on Academic Video Creation, online teaching, Pedagogy, Effective use of Social Media • He is an author. He published two books named Video Creation and Online Teaching, and Wonderful Aging Beyond Fifties, which were the bestsellers on amazon.in.• He is the recipient of the Best Polytechnic teacher by ISTE Maharashtra Goa Section (India) for year 2020-21.
