- Work with a variety of process food, beverage, and dairy manufacturing customers for India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka – HUL, Nestle, GCMMF (Amul), Saras Dairy, Country Delight, Mother Dairy, Tetra Pak, GEA, and many more- Build and manage a solid relation with the strategic accounts- Deliver the sales and profit targets assigned- Bring the Diversey value proposition to the customers by a value selling approach- Growth in terms of sales and profitability through proactive management of assigned portfolio of accounts.- Develop contacts and opportunities in strategic potential accounts in order to enlarge the market share- Ensure ongoing analysis of opportunities and risks at product/customer/market/geography level, in order to build effective sales plans.- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs- Follow up strategic and high potential accounts to meet sales targets.- Update sales activities using the Salesforce CRM system (visits, calls, opportunities)

After moving out from 3M. I was on sabbatical for 6 months. During this period traveled to different parts of India. Then stayed in FTII, Pune for couple of months to learn the nuances of filmmaking. My first project was Assistant Director for one of the Diploma Film. Then signed up for 2-3 weeks of a filmmaking workshop happened in Pune. This was crafted by few eminent professors of FTII. Coming back from sabbatical. I worked in multiple companies for around two years for various roles.

• Focusing, supporting, visiting accounts of India from the field of – Transportation, Automotive, Steel, Robotics, Railways, Aviation, OEMs, Retail, Hospitality, etc. • Visiting customers for technical discussions for resolving technical complaints• Developing various online sales and training modules which reflects – specification of the products, technical bulletin, presentations, videos, market trends, etc. • Working with Architectures, Designers, Converters, Channel partners, Business team to meet, discuss and come up with best solution to the end customers• Formulate and implement competency building for the team and network through effective sales training program• Interface with marketing/product management for new product development and product improvement• Providing value added solution to the customers’ challenges and innovative projects

- Working in close co-ordination with customers, understand their requirements and identify/suggest appropriate products and services matching their requirements.- Providing Application Engineering support to customers in the Engineering Industry - Cement, Steel, Paper, Mining, Refinery, Power, Refrigeration and Others. - Implementing solutions to satisfy customer's needs and expectations. - Interaction with internal and external customers for Application Engineering, Product Development, Product Recommendations and Quality Documents. - Trouble shooting and failure analysis. - Preparation of data for internal customer (Demand data, Product data, etc.) - Work in close co-ordination with sales engineers and the distribution network to promote Henkel product and services. - Conducting seminars and workshops with a view to educate and train users/customers to optimize performance of their machines. - Visiting customers for technical discussions for resolving technical complaints.
