 Material planning & scheduling. Key user in implementation of ERP with knowledge of material management. Helping in purchase activities, budgeting, material planning & sourcing of material for In-house production facilities in GFPL at Heat Treatment Shop. Checking & processing the entire PR to Purchasing officer to raise PO. All pending activities getting from purchasing officer to complete. Purchase & development of component, Jigs & Fixture, Raw material, conveying equipment. Sourcing, selecting, developing & evaluating vendors based on quality, delivery, cost & capacity. Coordination with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage. Monitoring stock level & inform to purchase office when order as needed. Tracking order & ensuring timely delivery. Researching potential vendors and compare & evaluating offers from suppliers.
