• Reporting to the Managing Director.• Stage wise scheduled collection of payments from corporate, Government, Semi Government Agencies and individual customers.• Monitoring accounts & developing reports to ensure compliance with legal statutes & initiating strong legal action in case of continuous payment default. • Preparation of MIS to provide feedback to top management regarding Collection figures, trends & portfolio reaction.• Action on Chronic Defaulters through legal process, 138, arbitration, civil suit.• Relation building with new and existing customers.

Delhi

• Overall multi-bucket management (in terms of Hardcore Collection, Recovery, Monitoring Field Collection procedures, Budget Control etc. ) for Delhi NCR as a location with immense control for delivering minimal POF.• Responsible for managing the field collections portfolio with complete Agency management and manipulation of collection costs.• Handling a team of 25 collection executives.• Direct handling the daily activities of Collections Team.• Handled the Cash Counter for the branch including daily deposits.• Training, monitoring & follow-up with collection agencies regarding collections.• Providing necessary training to the Collection force regarding Policies Collection Techniques, Customer handling.• Responsible for managing the field collections portfolio with complete agency management and manipulation of collection costs.Overall delinquency control and MIS management for BIL for entire Delhi.

Acquisition of new HNI clients.II) Profiling and cross-selling bank and third party products i.e. insurance and Mutual funds extensively to new and existing clients.III) Understanding customer needs & providing advisory services for leveraging gains from the dynamic financial markets.IV) Meeting sales targets and imparting adequate after sale support.

 Handling Sales for Current Accounts in SEG Small enterprise Group) for Gurgaon Sector 14 branch as ERV (Enhanced Relation Value) and Trade Executive. This includes the following products to be handled. I) Managing a team of 14 successful FOS (Fleet on Street).II) Promotion of parameterised products such as Enterprise Credit, Roaming Protect, Flexi credit, Roaming Current Account for among the prospective corporate by giving presentation.III) Providing services to the top 50 corporate clients of the branch who are mapped to me, by providing solution to the problems they are facing during their day-to-day transactions.III) To enhance the business from the existing top 50 clients by increasing their float, deposits or by getting their trade transactions.IV) Providing of bank Asset and trade facilities relating to Roaming Current Account such as LCs, Bank Guarantees and other parameterized asset products.V) Resource raising for the bank in form of float and Term Deposits from Corporate accounts. VI) Generation of leads for procuring Saving Accounts and other Bank’s Asset Products such as loans, Credit Cards & Insurance.
