During my tenure as a Talent Specialist at companies like Collabera Technologies and Lancesoft.INC, I developed a deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for top-tier clients such as IBM, Deloitte, and Accenture.
