Co-ordinating for construction of 3 No NDCT for Mahagenco’s Koradi Thermal Power Plant (3x660MW)(Project cost – Rs. 300 Cr.) from Gurgaon office(HO) with following responsibilities : Handling coordination with engineering and review consultants for finalisation of drawings.  Visiting sites to monitor site progress, meeting with site contractor and different agencies for smooth execution of works. Preparing methodology for construction of shell (185m high hyperbolic profile) using Jumpform, raker columns, grillage works and mobilizing resources/materials/form work and guiding to be implemented on site. Finalizing and indenting material requirements. Reviewing client bill, reconciliation of bulk materials, reconciliation of client billing with sub-contractor billing. Preparing various MIS reports for management.

Co-ordinating for construction of IDCT & other civil works for Bajaj Energy at various sites ( 5 thermal power plants of 2x45MW each) of BEPL (a unit of Bajaj Hindusthan Limited group) with following responsibilities :• Handling coordination meeting with consultants and vendors for finalisation of drawings. • Reviewing site progress and co-ordinating with different agencies for smooth execution of works.• Preparing various MIS reports.• Finalizing and indenting material requirements. • Client billing/Sub contractor bill checking, resource planning for optimum utilisation, progress monitoring.

Handling construction of 3 No Induced Draught Cooling Towers for BHEL at Bawana, New Delhi.• Completed construction of Hyperbolic Fan cylinder of three cells, HW RCC duct, Casting and erection of precast beams and precast blocks.• Brought one number Auxillary Cooling Tower into commissioning stage.• Handling coordination meeting with clients for timely completion.• Client billing/Sub contractor bill checking, resource planning for optimum utilisation, progress monitoring, Monthly reporting to HO.

 Construction and commissioning of two Nos. (130 m high, 112 m dia, Project value : 40Cr ) Natural Draft Cooling Towers for – Reliance Energy Limited and two no NCDT (146m ht, 120m dia, Project Value : Rs 138Cr ) for National Capital Thermal Power Plant, NTPC-Dadri. Second leading person at both project sites. Following activities and responsibilities handled : Execution of around 60000 cum(REL, Yamunanagar) and 75000 cum(NTPC Dadri) of RCC work. Involves 10000MT(REL, Yamunanagar) and 7000MT(NTPC Dadri) of precast erection. Structure involves open raft foundation, sandwich basin slab, concrete HW Duct, RCC Grillage col/bracings, 3200mm & 2200mm dia MS pipe fabrication and erection, CW Channel, hyperbolic profile of 130m height at REL Yamunanagar & 146m height at NTPC Dadri which was executed with Jumpform arrangement. RCC prestressed Lath bar fill system was used in REL Yamunanagar and PVC V-bar Fill system was used in NTPC Dadri NDCT. Achieved a record shell height of 42m in a month at REL, Yamunanagar. Handling coordination meeting with clients for timely completion. Client billing/Sub contractor bill checking, liaisoning with labor department, resource planning for optimum utilisation, progress monitoring, Monthly reporting to HO, Material follow up with various vendors etc.

Execution and supervision of Widening and Geometric Improvement to two lane of NH-44 A from 0/000 KMS to 11/500 KMS from Sairang to Lengpui – Prestigious road of Mizoram state connecting Airport to capital Aizwal.Following activities and responsibilities handled :• Involves existing road strengthen and widening of 11.5 kms in hilly terrain with layer of WMM and MSS works. • Involves geometric improvement of existing road which also includes hill side cutting for extra widening and long visibility, wire crated stone masonary, retaining walls, drains etc to strengthen existing road.• Client billing/sub contractor billing, material reconciliation, resource allocation and utilisation, progress reports etc.

Construction of vet nary Labs of Agricultural University, Bikaner – project funded by World Bank and construction of 45 Kms dowel wall on Rajeev Gandhi Lift Canal at Jodhpur.Following activities and responsibilities handled : Supervision, Coordination with Rajasthan PWD, subcontractor bill checking, preparation of bar bending schedules, procurement of material for dowell wall construction, material reconciliation.
