• More than 15 Years of work experience including 7.5 Years of experience in GCC in IT infrastructure, Operation & Management with CCNA & ITIL Foundation.• Provides in-person analytical and technical support for the installation, repair, preventive maintenance,troubleshooting, upgrades, modifications and enhancements to individual workstations, personal computers, related hardware, and software.• Exposure to Installation and configuring Routers, Switches, Firewall, Wireless Access Point, NAS,troubleshooting of LAN and WAN, Modems and integration of networking equipment’s.• Knowledge & ability to install, administer, configure, and support Engineering applications including Autodesk, Bentley, Primavera, Adobe & Office 365.• Maintain and manage the local IT Hardware inventory including spares. Responsible for H/W and S/W License management.• Experience Effective IT Infrastructure, connectivity, DIA, VPN, routing, CCTV, IP Camera, Video Conference System, Projector, EPABX Servers System, Bio Matrix Attendance Machine• Experience of dealing with vendors to buy equipment for the infrastructure – analyzing and finalizing the right equipment as per the requirements & IT Inventory Management.• Team player with ability to analyst the problems quickly and implement the solutions.• Strong leadership skills with an ability to keep the team motivated.
