 Worked as Block Lead and managed offshore, Cleveland and other vendor resources. Mentoring the offshore & onshore team, resolving queries & assigning work. Conducting sessions for the New Resources for the functionality and applications. Involved in daily & weekly testing metrics report preparation using Quality Center.  Publishing report to Project Managers and Team Leads. Involved in requirement management process for streamlining the requirement reusability for future state rollout. Implementation using HP Quality Center, HP Blue print requirement center (BPRC) & in-house tool. Involved in Quality Center implementation & process improvement for state rollout project. Being Quality Center Administrator, some of my major activities are troubleshooting, user creation & role assignment, customization of Quality Center feature, tool training to the end user and user support (query resolution). Involved in testing process document creation for state rollout project. Providing training to the client for the test case creation, test scenario creation, traceability of requirement & test cases, test case & test scenario approval process, Defect logging process, Defect Life Cycle, test case execution & many more.
