- Leading the team of Maintenance planners and Scheduler for upstream asset T&T- Working as a maintenance engineer [Maintenance Engineering Support] to T&T asset to ensure safe maintenance in offshore through Perform Maintenance Execution process.-Key accountability for facility performance and drive quality of delivery in everything what team members do- Demonstrate commitment to HSSE through zero breaches of Life Saving Rules, zero overdue Fountain actions and embracing Goal Zero culture.- Ownership of CRV tool and CRV gap closure plan to ensure delivery from relevant onshore action parties in managing barriers.- provide assistance to asset with regards to management of SCEs in liquidation plan- Ensure the management of deviation for LAFD[Latest Allowed Finished Date] through Z6 process for low severity and FSR process for high severity risks.- Reviewing of weekly performance dashboards[FSR, SC, PM/SCE compliance, maintenance, etc] and suggest/maintain the maintenance improvement activities.- Regular connect with O&M lead,, onshore engineers and offshore key stakeholders for ensuring the maximize safe production via smooth maintenance- Ownership of liquidating the BV visit activities planning and executing of the scope for as per BV assurance plan- Aligning with the O&M lead in vendor contract management with scopes and PO issuance timely- Review and conducting monthly AMS KPIs measures meeting with team, onshore and offshore key stakeholders to discuss about the month progress and key improvement focus area - Managing short term/long term threats with proper planning and providing inputs to liquidate those within the minimum period. - Leading the backlog reduction process by conducting regular session with team and key stakeholders

• Supporting SUKEP FNGL Mossmoran Project with Corrective, Preventive and Inspection activities of routine and non-routine activities.• Expert in leading the Migration of Roles into Remote Support. • Resource planning like Manpower allocation, Material booking, cataloging, Permit creation including RA/JHA, vendor management, service requirements and special tools availability are accountable maintaining its availability considering its KPI.• Creating Work Instruction documents from PML and Task listing of Preventive maintenance Work orders.• Red line mark-up and following procedural documents like Datasheets, O&M Manuals, P&ID, PEF, General Arrangement, MSDS and PRT Documents.• Regular connect with Stake holders regarding site and engineering queries. Sharing weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Planned vs Actual reports.• Creating reports that include planned vs actual graphs also capturing Continuous improvement activities individually as well as a team.• Implementing Preventive maintenance Optimization in work scope. SAP SKILLS• Work Order creation, Notifications, Maintenance Plant, Planning Plant, Contracts &agreements, Ariba CatLog, Initial Scheduling, BOM, Network Chart and Relationships.• Keep the SAP maintenance system to date in terms of data entry.• Manage the equipment requiring overhauling to ensure spares availability is maintained• Create purchase requisitions and resolve all invoice queries. Chase outstanding orders toensure items are delivered in a timely manner.
