This includes,- Concept to production and testing of new davit system. - Naval shock analysis of the mechanical system ( FEA and hand calculation) as per relevant standards and/or shock data provided by the customer. - Analysis Report- Complete design analysis as per lifting appliances standards from various classifications societies ( DNV-GL, CLAME, ABS) and technical documentation for approval.

The main responsibilities include,- Mechanical design of the davit system including structural strength calculations and FEA analysis.- Dynamic calculations for the shock absorber. - Design of lifting appliances based on NORSOK R-002- DDAM (Design dynamic analysis method) - Shock analysis (Response spectrum analysis)- Technical drawings and documentation of the finished product.- Project follow up including sub-supplier and production. - Inspection and Product testing.
