• Assist the F.O Manager in directing and controlling the activities of the Front Office, Reservations, Guest Activities, and ensured adherence to the Excellence Hotel standards, policies and procedures. • Responsible for Daily Reports:-City ScenarioCancellation ReportArrival Report / VIP ReportDaily Flash Report• Ensures complaints and requests are handled with the aim of exceeding guest expectations.• Support and participate in all hotel programs, policies and procedures with special emphasis on the orientation of new employees. • Ensures high level of product knowledge is maintained in order to explain services and facilities to clients as required.• Prepare all necessary forecasts, work closely with Reservations, Front Office and Sales to maximize occupancy, rate and revenue. • Kept all departments notified of any fluctuations in business levels, special guests, groups, etc. • Ensure guest comments are recorded in guest history and acted on when appropriate.• Maintain accurate and up to date files.• Undertake additional duties as requested by the Sales Manager.• Keep up to date on all room rates, special offers and promotions.• Maintain communication with various other organizations along with providing correct answers so that concise conveying can be determined along with giving selective and timely information.• Develop relationships with clients, repeat guests, group contacts etc. to provide maximum personalized guest service. • Make suggestions for improvements in overall operations with an emphasis on increasing guest satisfaction, revenues as well as reducing costs.• Perform the hotel sales promotion activities which are in favor of hotel revenue optimization.• Execute and analyze marketing campaigns and advertisement techniques.• Meet travel agent and other corporate associates to optimize hotel business.
