Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP S4 Hana, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with shop floor systems.5. Production Knowledge: Understanding production-related methodologies like 5S, Kanban system, TPM, TAKT time, cycle time, etc.6. Quality Assurance: Ensuring work in progress complies with quality standards and collaborating with quality and warehouse departments.7. Process Improvement: Developing and implementing systems like Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to reduce downtime and enhance equipment effectiveness.8. Inventory Management: Coordinating shipping and receiving operations, conducting accurate cycle counts, and monitoring stock levels using inventory tracking systems.9. Reporting and Communication: Delivering reports on inventory levels and coordinating with department heads and management teams.10. Continuous Learning: Willingness and ability to adapt and learn new systems or technologies11. Supervision: Directly oversee packaging operations, managing a team of packaging associates or technicians across shifts.12. Process Management: Ensure packaging processes run smoothly, meeting production targets while maintaining quality standards.13.
