Provide legal inputs to the members of CREDAI on real estate development, its compliance & waysto safeguard collective interest of the real estate industry.10. To frame contracts, agreements including lease agreement, Tri party agreement, Agreement to Sale, contractors agreement, partnership deed, etc,12. Preparation of sale deed draft including vetting of the same.13. Preparation of sale deed for registration by fulfilling all required formalities for registration.14. To advising the company on contractual issues and consequences of using provisions in its legal ambit.15. To drafting, reviewing and vetting form contracts and agreements mostly of property related, service agreements, employer- employee agreement, lease agreement, triparty agreement, etc. 16. To draft the legal notices and its reply.18. To handle litigation affairs of the company including preparing or reviewing all documents relating to all types of cases (civil and criminal) 19. To meet external council regarding cases in the court of law.20. To prepare and/or to provide required documents for the proceedings in the court.21. To make record of proceedings in the court.22. To meet with councils for resolution of hurdles created or existed in the affairs of organization. It also includes negotiation with council.

Matter includes Law related to RERA, UP Urban Planning and Development Act, Indian Electricity Act, Transfer of Property Act, Indian Penal Code including its procedural Law and Indian Evidence Act, Indian Contract Act w.r.t to drafting and vetting of agreements and other documents in parlance with corporate and Business Law, Law of Limitation and Registration Act.
