As a Assistant Manager HR at CanKids KidsCan, I oversee the payroll and attendance administration for over 400+ employees across India. I ensure the accuracy and compliance of the payroll process, as well as the timely and effective management of the attendance system. I also handle the employee grievances and queries related to payroll and attendance, and provide support and guidance to the HR team and the management.I am pursuing MBA in HR & IT from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University.I have a Bachelor of Computer Application degree from sbmt college bulandshahr, where I gained skills in computer software engineering and data analytics. I leverage these skills to optimize the HR data management and reporting, using various tools and software to analyze, visualize, and present the HR metrics and insights. I am passionate about improving the HR processes and policies, and contributing to the growth and development of the organization.
