My background includes 10 years of marine navigation, where I honed skills in discipline, leadership, team management, assertiveness, and efficiency while managing multinational staff.Following my marine career, I pursued an Executive MBA in Marketing from James Cook University, Singapore Campus, to further enhance my management and leadership capabilities. This transition to the education sector was a natural progression, allowing me to leverage my leadership skills in new ways.I have served as Centre Head and Campus Director across various educational institutions, including preschools, K-12 schools, and technical schools.
