With 18 years of combined experience in marine and educational operational management, I bring a wealth of expertise to my roles. My background includes 10 years of marine navigation, where I honed skills in discipline, leadership, team management, assertiveness, and efficiency while managing multinational staff.Following my marine career, I pursued an Executive MBA in Marketing from James Cook University, Singapore Campus, to further enhance my management and leadership capabilities. This transition to the education sector was a natural progression, allowing me to leverage my leadership skills in new ways.I have served as Centre Head and Campus Director across various educational institutions, including preschools, K-12 schools, and technical schools. Currently, I am involved in a range of education-related projects, including school franchising, brand building, consulting, and educational research, with a focus on modern innovations in pre-primary and K-12 education.I had the privilege of co-founding SAPIENS SCHOOL OF LEARNING, a preschool and daycare, alongside my partners under our principal brand, SnuckWorks Platforms.Previously was working as Navigating (Deck) Officer In Wilhelmsen ship Management - Norway.- Maintaining Safety of Crew and Cargo, Maintain and comply with Maritime rules & regulation as well as company rules and policies. - Experience of working in more than 33 countries around the world and leading a multilingual multicultural and multinational staff team.- Certified Medical first Aid officer, Fire Fighter and Life saving skills at sea.
