I am an astrophysicist dedicated to understanding the exoplanets and our place in the universe. My primary research investigates the atmospheres and their chemical evolution, composition and how diverse this atmosphere is from our solar system. I have a profound interest in coding that goes hand-in-hand with my scientific pursuits. I have written a 1D photochemical transport model from Scratch in the Fortran, published in the APJ peer-reviewed journal. I pursued my M.Sc in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur from 2016 to 2018, where I was first introduced to this wonderful field of alien worlds and decided to pursue my career as a scientist in this field. From 2018 to 2023, I completed my doctoral work at India's Physical research laboratory. In my doctoral work, I have worked on the effect of metallicity on the non-equilibrium composition of the atmosphere of exoplanets. I have also developed a numerical subroutine that can deal with the vertical mixing in the retrieval model.
