Operations Management –Responsible for smooth functioning of back office operations of branch which includes recruitment, training & development of back office staff, Supply Chain Management –Responsible for smooth functioning of all logistics operations of branch which includes indenting, stock receipt, stock issuance, stock reconciliation.Ensuring smooth supply of products to various channels at city as well as satellite areas.Responsible for managing a team of 4 logistics executives for smooth functioning of logistics operationsChannels/Branch Accounting –Responsible for maintaining accounts of all channels partners, reconciliation of their accounts etc.Responsible for all accounting activities at branch levels like Cash & Bank Management, Expense Management, Channels Accounting, Responsible for complying with various statutory activities like calculations of TDS, Service Tax, VAT etc.
