Act as first level support for all Security Issues.Monitoring and analyzing Real-time security incidents and checking whether it’s true positive or false positive.Raising true positive incidents to the respective team for further action.Creating tickets on “sapphire and Redmine” and assigning it to the respective team and taking the follow-up until closer.Monitoring security systems and networks for anomalies.Creation of ArcSight content like Correlation Rules, Query, Report, Dashboards etc.Maintain keen understanding of evolving internet threats to ensure the security of client networks.Knowledge on Firewall, IPS/IDS, DLP.Work include CIA framework. Threat analysis and threat hunting.Malware analysis and fix the issue if it is found.Good knowledge on MITRE ATT&CK (TTPs), cryptography, Risk Management, Vulnerability Analysis.Cybersecurity Alerts & Advisories From source CISA, NIST & etc.Logs and alerts monitoring and finetune the alerts if is required.Review the reports for daily, weekly and monthly basis.
