- Responsible for job postings, save searches, scheduling and preparing candidates for interviews, closing candidates and continued candidate relationship through terms of contract.- Utilized applicant tracking system (ATS) and online recruitment resources such as Job Diva Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn.- Sourcing and proactive closing of candidates, maintained a secured database of all the applications, interview schedules, candidate information’s, resumes and results of submittals.- Attend Client call, make the list of the requirements as per the client needed and update the team accordingly.- Responsible for fetching the data from VMS, arranging, or highlighting the requirements according to the priority.- Sending high priority requirement to the team after client call.- Formatted resume according to the client’s format and presenting the skills of the candidate without any misrepresentations.- Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting of hiring candidates, networking, sourcing, recruiting, negotiation, closing, coordination and continual post-placement follow-up.- Clients: Hexaware, Wipro- ATS: Job Diva- VMS: SAP Fieldglass, Wand, PRO Unlimited, Trio
