- Work with Clients, Sales, Consultants and Partners to identify and lead development of new products/solutions.- Work with Internal teams to identify Potential improvements, process waste, scale-up opportunities and lead the initiative to Act.- Identify potential new products or enhancements – market intelligence, customer/partner feedback.- Continuously scan market for products and solutions contributing to Kincentric Operations effectiveness.- Technology Transition – Actively participate in transition for Operations group to next generation technology.- Technology Advisor – Liaison on as need basis between Business (and Client) and Development.

- Leading Operations group across 4 Operating Centers in North America: United States – Greater Chicago & Minneapolis, Canada – Toronto & Vancouver B.C.- Ensure Compliance to and Implementation of GDPR practices- Serves as a day-to-day contact for Aon’s Strategic and Key clients throughout the duration of the project.- Review, Maintain & Adjust staffing level for Operations team across North America.- Technology Transition – Actively participate in transition for Operations group to next generation technology at Aon Hewitt.- Technology Assistance – Liaison on as need basis between Business (and Client) and Development.
