Principal accountability.
1. Build a healthy asset and liability book:
*Business development in terms of identification of new markets, new clients.
*Understand demographics of the region, market dynamics and competition to define areas of business development.
*Setting up the new branch network (have set close to 7 branches in the last 3 years in the region)
2. Deliver top line growth:
*Implementation of strategies in the region to achieve overall targets and top line.
*Achieving overall business profitability thereby making all branches profitable.
3. Build Business relationships:
*Growing Buisnes relationship by leveraging on cross functional linkages with other groups of the bank like GBG, CE, INFRA RBG, CBG and developing and growing the business across customer segments including wealth, government, retail, rural and agri team.
*Expanding branch and ATM network across geographies to ensure presence by studying the market potential and dynamics thereof.
*Liasioning with top state and district level functionaries from various government departments and key influential relationships and top end accounts.
4. Compliance with regulatory bodies at local and central level:
*Ensure adherence to policies, regulations and norms as defined by various government bodies, regulator and internal policies of the bank.
*Continuos Liasioning with regulators, RBI ombudsman, Labour department etc to understand the regulatory framework and processes and their implementation and establishing long term relationship
5. Deliver segmental service approach:
*Enhancing value to existing customers by aligning products as per customer needs.
*Redefining the processes and product basis the market competence and do customer expectations
*Define and monitor service standards being delivered in the Region.
