Project: Unilever under the ERP COE Global Convergence program, Role: IT InnovationI was Handling one of the important work stream of Unilever project called Divergence Control across entire SAP Landscapes in Unilever under the ERP COE Global Convergence program.Worked with my team and identified few small projects which has a major impact in terms of controlling the further divergence across all the four Unilever landscapes.• Nomenclature strategy – Under this program I identified 500 customization Objects which are creating maximum number of conflict. • Reusability tool – I designed this tool which is now deployed in the Unilever dev systems.• SLO Run – Tracked the conflicts and deltas through the Slo run tool and then publish the results in the dashboard.• In Convergence box if any team has SAP SD related issues like configuring pricing procedure, checking account determination error, end to end testing, working on defects, I am the single point of contact for all these.• Worked on controlling divergence & Performance improvement & KPIs for tracking and monitoring • Responsible for managing, solutioning and auditing new project initiatives in convergence• I was responsible for identifying skill gap and facilitating training to convergence team members, mentoring, coaching and facilitating Mindtree participation in internal and external forum and creating whitepapers. • I was also involved in activities like Talent Acquisition / Training & Mentoring the team members.

Project I: BHPB 1 SAP June 2009 to July 2010Role: Senior SAP SD consultantStudding Business process of BHPB 1 SAP Company. It’s a very big mining company which deals with much type of products like Petroleum, Aluminum, CSM, SSM, Diamonds, Base metal, Silver Lead, Uranium, Copper, Energy coal etc. Work profile:  Worked on all types of SAP SD process related issues Responsible to solve priority 1, 2 3 and 4 ticket within the stipulated time. Handled team Worked on complex scenarios  Helped team members in resolving complicated issues Has worked on all type of tickets eg: incidents, change request and problem tickets I had visited South Africa & Singapore during this project period. Project II: Nokia Siemens Networks July 2008 to March 2009Project Type: Role out ProjectRole: Regional Process Development Manager It is a concept owner role for rollout of SAP P20 version across countries (APAC) Studied the NSN End to End Business process and mapped the country specific requirements to NSN process.
