• Primary responsibilities include managing and maintaining security appliance (Checkpoint, FortiGate firewall, Blue Coat proxy, Blue coat reporter, IDS Sourcefire and Juniper SBR, Websense proxy).• Fill the daily device checklist, TAC ticket update and shift handover report.• Monitor the event logs, traffic logs of firewall in smart view Tracker and in Forti-Analyzer 4000. • As per client requirement Configure Policies & Troubleshooting through Security devices • Configure IPsec and SSL VPN on FortiGate firewall.• Backup activity of security devices on regular basis.• Blacklisted and Whitelist IPs activity on perimeter FortiGate and Proxy.• Troubleshoot the internet related issue and provide solution with in SLA.• Create security devices configuration changes SOPs for future reference. • Worked on daily basis logged incident, change request and service request in Remedy tool.
