• Brand Enhancement: Increase brand visibility, awareness, and activation strategies.• Sales Basics Tracking: Aggressively plan and monitor essential sales metrics, including ECO (Effective Call Operations), Productivity, LPPC (Lines Per Call), and focus category ECO.• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners, empowering them to maximize sales volumes.• Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to accurately forecast future sales and adapt sales plans to respond to market fluctuations.• Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate and coordinate with the sales team, providing guidance and support for sales growth, merchandising, and execution.• Report Management: Prepare and manage reports, including PPTs, data analysis, and Excel documents.• Merchandising Activities: Ensure effective merchandising activities both in shops and on shop premises to enhance brand visibility through displays and fixtures for traditional trade.• Secondary Goal Achievement: Aggressively plan and track secondary sales goals, including ECO, Productivity, LPPC and focus category ECO. Achieved secondary goals continuously for 12 months in South Delhi.• Distributor Management: Manage three distributors with an average turnover of 30 lakh. Increased the average Secondary Target from 75 lakh in 2021 to 90 lakh after taking over the zone. Aim to achieve 20% growth in 2022.• Sales Team Support and Training: Engage in market work with Sales Representatives and distributors, particularly focusing on weaker SRs. Conduct training sessions, gate meetings, mock sales calls, and demonstrations to improve productivity parameters (e.g., active stores, billcuts, assortment lines).
