 Online management of stock on different portal. Handling stocks, shipping order status, return/exchange and refunds. Coordination for timely pick up with 100% completion of all orders according to the order form.  Return management and reconciliation of inventory with replenishment if required. Final check list to be submitted at the time of EOD reconciliation. Instruction to the warehouse for planning inward of stocks and systematic dispatch plan to the stores. Coordinating with the sales team and stores for inventory requirement and follow up with warehouse for replenishment/issuance of new styles.

Assigned North Region Looking after and responsible for the day to day operations of the different stores in the assigned territory. Implementing the inventory management while doing the physical scanning of all the stock on the monthly basis. Generating and updating different kind of MIS Reports like daily sales report, conversion of bills against walk-ins, per sq. ft return, avg. bill value on daily basis. Reorganizing and ensuring the floor stocks & visual merchandising of the stores. Inventory control and taking care of stock, replenishment from the ware house  Doing the division of the targets on the daily, weekly and monthly basis and ensuring the achievement of the Target. Creating good relationship with customers and handling grievance redressal. Coordinating with different departments as EDP, Logistic, Accounts, and HR for the smooth operation. Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs). Analysation of FAST MOVING and SLOW MOVING ARTICLES. Analysation of TOP LINE and BOTTOM LINE. Designing and Implementation of promotional schemes Taking care of branding, marketing, promotional schemes etc. as per needs.
