The team involve for the support of the FDW is Satyam, Teradata, Capiotech. We were involved in support, maintenance and minor enhancement. The main purpose of this was to build the Warehouse from the operational source system and load the data into the FDW. The FDW data is used for the financial reporting. The module involved was General Ledger (GL), Account Payable (AP) and AR (Account Receivable). The number of business user is 100+ in this application and expected to grow with the new enhancement to the application.Role & Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for imparting training to the other team member after completing training in TDE at NCR Teradata in Sydney.2. Involved in Design, Development, Testing and go live for FDW along with the Teradata, ASG (Capiotech) and Qantas. 3. Responsible for building a new team at offshore and transitioning the KT (Knowledge Transfer) to the offshore team.4. We moved the major piece of work from onsite to offshore for cost optimization and created better value for Qantas and Satyam.5. Admin activities.6. The various domains involved in the project were Freight, Sales and Ticketing, Payroll, Finance, Loyalty and Corporate businesses.Roles & Responsibilities:1.
