Roles and Responsibilities :-• Proactively taking automation initiatives to improve quality and save time o Modified IE 6 and Windows 2003 compatible older PERL BASED AUTOMATION to make it work on Windows 2008 and IE 8 for Portal Installation and regression testing.o Written JSP-Servlet to modify bulk test cases of Rally [Test case Repository Tool] • Automate and maintain Installation in batch scripts and functional test cases using Selenium & Robot Framework for automating regression test cases and new features• Write test cases in RALLY/Testtrack from requirements, source documents, customer cases and execute test cases, involve in test cases reviews.• Test product for Reliability, Performance and Scalability and other non-functional Requirements• Clearly and accurately report defects found during testing and contributing to find root cause analysis via JIRA– Defect tracking systems• Involve in accurate estimations, design and create module level test plans, test strategies for testing • Works closely with cross teams across locations to ensure products achieve desired level of quality wrt integrations.• Deciding on prioritizing existing test cases and participate in the documentation, development and improvement review of processes.
