CurrentSpecial Project for HDC (Highly Dissatisfied Customers) & Repeat Interactions:• Publish repeated VoCs & deep dive analysis with Circle NCRT Heads for enduring solution.• Follow-up with Circle teams (NCRT Heads, Quality Heads) on highly dissatisfied customer & repeat customers. • Improve Churn, Repeat , Reopen Rate of Circles.Supervision & Audit of Circle TSG NPI for betterment of process:• Process design with stakeholders for removing E2E process gaps.• Investigate the E2E Customer Journey , Identify the gaps & share with concern team for rectification.• Sensitization of Circle TSG NPI Team for efficient SR Closure Practice.TSG NPI Resource Management (Team Size-170)• TSG NPI Partner Handling in term of Hiring, Payrolls, Attendance, Salary ,Incentives ,R&R• Vendor Handling & Management.• TSG NPI Resources reduction & optimization for cost controlHandling Out-Calling Desk• Analyze Voice Of Customer by conducting Out-Calling from TSG Advisor Team.• Conduct Out-calling on repeated complaints (>=5 Times) by TSG Advisor• Conduct Out-calling on other team member's or MSP requirement (Femto Calling).• Sensitization of TSG Advisor for efficient way of calling.
