Delivery Manager (October 2006 – Till date), Vodafone, UKAchievements:•Leading a team of 10 Business Analysts and Project Managers responsible to drive Business Requirements, Business Process Impact Assessment, Business Benefits Realization Management, Business Change Impact and Software Delivery•Increased revenue by 200% by selling services at improved fixed rate resulting in highest sales contribution in 08/09•Instrumental in increasing vendor performance score by implementing tangible changes into 3 Tier AD&M engagement model•Streamlined and optimised all analysis and design processes•Implemented effective stakeholder management among VFUK business and technical stakeholders•Driving Business Change requirements, facilitating and managing business impact & operational readiness activities for VFUK Customer Management, Wholesale and Retail Billing systems•Led project to deliver Business Requirement for Billing Transformation programme. Senior IT Consultant (Dec 2001 - March 2002), Amdocs, IsraelAchievements:•Requirement management for new Billing product now implemented at various customersSenior IT Consultant (Aug 2000 - Dec 2001), Vodafone, UKAchievements:•Led optimisation project to reduce the product build time from 14 hours to 3 hours.•Minimized service delivery defect level and kept it low for 7 months.

Team Leader (Oct 1997 – July 2000), Transco, UKAchievements:• Coordinated the successful implementation of Transco’s reconciliation system required to handle increase in gas meter point from 2.5 million to 19 million due to of domestic competition• Redesigned critical business application to a more structured and modular version whilst continuing application support. New solution has reduced the overall Opex for Transco and they managed to achieve their KPI target in time. Received special recognition award for this work• Demonstrated leadership in improving performance of invoicing through process reengineering. Led a team of 4 to redesign Transco’s invoicing system. Solution reduced the overall processing time from 1 week to 4 hours. This was perceived as a considerable achievementIT Analyst (Aug 1995 - September 1997), Fujitsu, Japan, IndiaAchievements:•Worked closely with customer, Tetra, for feasibility analysis and prototype designing information management system. Successfully won the contract to develop proposed business solution•Led the development team of 5 to successfully meet customer’s tight implementation deadline within budget.
