Team Leader (Oct 1997 – July 2000), Transco, UKAchievements:• Coordinated the successful implementation of Transco’s reconciliation system required to handle increase in gas meter point from 2.5 million to 19 million due to of domestic competition• Redesigned critical business application to a more structured and modular version whilst continuing application support. New solution has reduced the overall Opex for Transco and they managed to achieve their KPI target in time. Received special recognition award for this work• Demonstrated leadership in improving performance of invoicing through process reengineering. Led a team of 4 to redesign Transco’s invoicing system.
