Responsible for developing strategic plans, designing impactful programs, fostering collaborative partnerships, optimizing resources, and measuring the lasting positive impact of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).

Implementing Women Plus Water Alliance (WWA) project, supported by WaterAid, USAID and GAP Incorporation, aiming to ensure access of safe drinking water to each and every rural household in sustainable manner by focusing upon multiple elements; source sustainability, water quality, storage & distribution, operation & maintenance and grey water management.• Supporting PHED in efficient implementation of Jal Jeevan Mission at village level by ensuring active community participation, capacity building of CSOs and system strengthening.• Spreading awareness amongst communities on water conservation, ways of increasing usage efficiency in agriculture, grey water management, water quality, responsible use of available water, etc.• Capacity building of women on various aspects of drinking water management to bring them on center stage of decision making.• Capacity building of PRI representatives, VWSC members and community for proper implementation of Jal Jeevan Mission at village level.• Promoting active participation of community, especially women, youth and marginalized ones by capacitating them on different aspects of accessing, conserving and managing safe drinking water.• Mitigating water crisis through drinking water security plans, prepared using a blend of scientific methodology and indigenous knowledge of local communities.

Implementing NITI Aayog’s Aspirational District Program (Agriculture & Water Resources), supported by ITC Ltd. In three aspirational districts of Madhya Pradesh; Khandwa, Barwani & Singrauli.• Supporting district administration in promoting sustainable agriculture development and improving performance of indicators set by NITI Aayog under its Transformation of Aspirational District Program for Agriculture & Water Resources vertical.• Capacity building of government officials as master trainers to promote sustainable agriculture practices in the district.• Capacity building of farmers and demonstration of advance package of practices for decreasing cost of cultivation and increasing productivity through Farmers Field School.• Assisting farmers in water resource development and enrolment under different government schemes.
