This project was delivered within 9 months, ahead of schedule and within budget. Following the merger, created a new Management Information team and delivered a 25% reduction in the number of reports produced whilst introducing increased automation by 42%.Creation and successful delivery of a colleague Development Programme which enabled colleagues to work within a framework of coaching, classroom and self-development modules for 9 months creating benefits for both colleague and the business.Designed and input to the content of a new intranet site to easily enable information and knowledge to be shared across the Group. Other functions subsequently used this site as an example of what good looks like.Developed and improved the Colleague Engagement Index Score from 64 to 78 across the Risk function over a 15 month periodSelected from hundreds of applicants to represent Lloyds Banking Group as a Paralympic Reporter, helping to bring London 2012 alive for all Group colleagues by reporting on the little known sport of Boccia.
