Vikki Townsend Consiglio was the Executive Director of the Georgia Utility Contractors Association for over 26 years. Her non-profits roots started as a young girl with the Girl Scouts of America. She attended Gateway College of Evangelism, majoring in Christian music/education. She worked with and attended Columbus State College in Columbus, OH majoring in Business Management. She ministered, sang and was a motivational speaker for Del Hayes Ministries touring the US. Vikki worked for the GA Branch AGC for 13 years. A former member of National Association of Women in Construction – Atlanta Chapter, serving on many committees, board and later becoming the Atlanta NAWIC President. During that time, she also managed her children’s careers as models, actors and singers as President of the Hayes Ministries and Promotional Team. Her construction interest continued and she became a certified OSHA 10-30 hr. instructor and taught Sexual Harassment Awareness to construction workers. It was during this time she was hired as the Executive Director of GUCA where she wrote the first Utility Construction Apprenticeship Training Program in the nation. After 39 years in the non-profit construction trade association, Vikki is a recognized leader among her peers and the construction industry. She served and chaired many boards and committees and is recognized as the voice for the utility construction industry in Georgia. She has served as Chair of the Ocmulgee BAC/North Metropolitan Water District and several Scholarship Foundations. She served as VP of the GA Health Plan Trust and Trustee for a 401k program. She was elected as Supervisor for the Henry County Soil and Water Conservation Commission 2015-2022; Treasurer of the Georgia Association of Conservation Districts for two terms 2020-2022 and appointed by Governor Kemp to a second term as Board Member of the Georgia Soil and Conservation District as serves as Vice Chairman. Vikki serves on the GAGOP Executive Committee as Assistant Treasurer and served as 3rd,1st VC & Secretary w/ Henry Co GOP & State GOP Committee; 3rd District GOP Finance Chair & Chair of the Henry GOP Senior Network. Appointed to the Henry Co Zoning Board where she chaired that Board for 11 years. She attended Grace Summit Church; taught Bible Study & sang on the Worship Team.
