These partners sold a wide variety of Microsoft products and I had to work with them to build and architect solutions on Azure. • I closely worked with Microsoft internal teams to offer them assistance with their go-to-market strategy, pre-sales activities, solution architecture / development plan, deployment guidance and post-sales support. • I created strategy and delivery plans unique to each Partner in consultation with BDMs and TDMs keeping their growth areas in mind and making sure this plan reflects their vision and goals for Microsoft business. • I helped several partners move their unique on-premises IP to Azure. This required a great deal of collaboration with Account Executives, SSPs, PDMs, Product Groups and Evangelists at Microsoft to arrange for funding the development, providing cloud credits for testing and finally making these apps visible to other sellers using our co-sell strategy. This helped many partners gain visibility and traction among customers for their apps.
