Current• ServiceNow CMDB Admin for onboarding customers from other Service Management tools to SNOW.• Gather and Validate Raw data and accommodate it into SNOW CMDB Template.• Ensure the data correctness and highlight any gaps identified.• Gather all Users, Locations, Assignment groups mapping.• Set User domain visibility, Dedicated group domain visibility.• Identify Business Services and maintain Relationships, Applications in Customer environment and prepare the data to onboard into SNOW CMDB.• Intact users and group memberships in SNOW.• Setup SLA as per the Service Offerings.• Identify if the SLA needs to be setup as Default or Contract specific.• Assignment Rules based on the requirements.• Import catalog approval rules.• Create ServiceNow Dashboard for various Operational Team and also build Dashboard to showcase the CMDB health.• Imported various necessary Management Packs from Microsoft and deployed them in SCOM.• Customized rules and Monitors in SCOM to customize the monitoring setup.• Perform maintenance activity on SCOM 2012 R2 during regular patching cycle.• Created various Service monitors for Critical Applications.• On boarded all the Application URLs to the SCOM monitoring with enhanced threshold values.• Create the subscription and channels to route the alerts to the intended recipients.• Raise Microsoft cases for complex troubleshooting.
