Contribute to the definition of the product vision.- Maintain understanding of a of business processes and related systems; provides strategic advice for business processes and solutions.- Collaborate with product manager and business stakeholders to define and document business requirements, partner with technical staff to develop solution alternatives.- Act as the customer liaison during analysis, requirements definition and design activities.- Contribute to creation of UX/UI designs. - Relay status, business impacts, and system changes to team members, business partners, sponsors, management, and other interested parties.- Drives high product quality by defining acceptance criteria and performing final acceptance of requirements.- Coordinate issues, tracking, and resolution on complex projects. - Assist in customer support during initial phase of acceptance of the product. Work very closely with presales team to support demos for prospective customers.- Experience in Analyzing, Documenting and delivering projects in Scrum methodology using collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence and MS Office Suite
