Worked with renowned online ecommerce partners like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Pepperfry etc. Managing the inventory, pricing and logistics in coordination with eCommerce product managers from above mentioned ecommerce companies. Having regular meetings to ensure quality and innovation in the products and giving customers a delightful experience of buying furniture products from the comfort of their homes. ­­Played key role in implementing and stabilizing operations at manufacturing unit for new products. Acted as single point of contact for escalated issues for all eCommerce portals. Improved delivery timelines for big and medium sized furniture units by coordinating with courier partners to deliver products within timelines. Led employee engagement plan to improve engagement levels from 55% to 85% at the unit level. Won best furniture partner in Kids category from Pepperfry. Executed one of the key initiatives related to packaging optimization leading to increase in successful deliveries without any damages during transit. It also enabled lowering the packaging cost and courier Initiated and delivered efficiency across all eCommerce platforms to create capacity to maintain competitive pricing and better customer experience with positive customer feedback resulting in adding new customers and generating more revenue
