Ento offers businesses a software-based platform for efficient workforce management including rostering, leave, attendance, boarding, and communication within their workforce to enhance productivity & profitability.As a Pre-Sales and Implementation Consultant, my role entails the following:Analysing the client’s current work processes and systems, identifying areas of deficiency and inadequacy to design appropriate recommendations for the implementation of Ento’s software solution.Executing end-to-end customer Implementation projects including planning, designing, scheduling, configuring, and testing software implementations to increase efficiency & service.Provide technical and product knowledge expertise to clients for payroll configuration testing and integrationProviding multiple in-person and online training sessions across various stakeholder groups.Actively participate in the opportunity qualification process based on solution fit-gap analysis.Respond to and execute multiple RFP's simultaneously, collaborating with internal teams as required.Deliver presentations, product demos, and seminars for prospective clients & customer events.Lead pre-sales presentations supporting sales activities and bid teams, working with the solutions architects, writing proposals, solutions overview’s and value propositions, translating these into offerings for delivery to the clients.Working in association with the Product Management team to offer feedback on existing portfolio and provide inputs on the product roadmap

I am responsible for a team that manages the casual workforce requirements of over 15 clients in the south east suburbs of Melbourne. We are responsible for the scheduling, payroll and administration and performance management of over 850 field staff spread across more than 15 worksites.I joined the team at a time when the branch did not have anyone experienced in the usage of the company's rostering software. Over the last one year, I have trained and managed a team and have designed processes to help manage a large workforce with varied skills and experiences across different worksites. As a senior, I am now responsible for weekly reporting , maintaining fill rates at client sites and analysing trends and providing solutions to the different stake holders of the business. Successes include accolades from the customers and top management for my willingness to extract and analyse data to identify gaps and give valuable suggestions to the customer, and automation of my ideas and reports for analysing client workforce across the business.
