• Ensured successful implementation of Capital to a tune of $2.2M well within the budget and Project timeline leading up to the on time manufacturing launch.
• Provided feasibility statements along with Capital Projections for setting up a new manufacturing facility for 3.3 to 7.1 litres engines.

• Successfully conducted feasibility study and projected capital investments for setting up of new facility for 6 Cylinder Inline engines.
• Executed high value Capital Projects to a tune of $2.3M for setting up the new engine facility within the Project timeline and delivered in savings of $0.8M from the allocated budget.

• Contributed as a 6 Sigma Green Belt in Transformation Project of Value Stream by designing, developing the Layout, Tools & MHE for assembly to migrate from Batch production to Line production by adopting Lean.
