I am an MBA with Over 14 Years of Experience in Retail Industry,Successfully completed a course on Strategy Implementation from IIM Ahmedabad. My exciting Journey in retail industry started in 2008 With Joining as Management trainee With Reliance Digital a Venture of Reliance Industries Ltd, India’s largest private company. Started with Store operations with one Year of training in Store which imparted basic and firm understanding of retail business dynamics and its Practices. Later on I was bestowed to handle responsibility of Department Manager and later as a Store Manager.After having fair understanding on the store and cluster operations management in retail environment, I took on the internal opportunity to take a role in Buying & Merchandising vertical. I became part of CDIT Category management team to handle CDIT Merchandising role for ambitious Reliance Digital retail formatCurrently I independently lead and manage and drive the B & M for Home Appliances Category(Retail) for Noon Saudi Arabia Market. My key responsibilities include delivering top line and bottom line targets of revenue and margins, ensuring AOP targets are met as committed, innovatively drive the consumer experience at platform, executing brand promotions and Assortment planning.
