Program Manager - Enterprise Sales
Current- Work directly with senior national account sales executives to manage start to finish roll-out for new national customers.
- Direct communication with the client’s internal teams to determine project scope and key project deliverables.
- Create and manage project schedule and identify key project tasks including potential issues to find solutions proactively.
- Communication with internal departments and the field to ensure consistency and understanding of the deliverables.
- Tracking of the progress on key milestones, changes to project scope and risks to meet project deadlines.
- Communicating daily/weekly reporting on the progress to the sales leadership/client’s internal team through project calls or electronic communication.
