JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-1 Responsible for change over of different model.2 Identifying operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance result3 Develops operational solutions by defining, studying, estimating, and screening alternative so4 To achieve the daily shift target as per tact time.5 Daily manpower handling as per shift.6 Utilization of Manpower to get maximum production.7 To reducing rejection and improve chokko rate.8 To develope Dojo training cell and provide training to new operators and maintain all training records.9 To maintain floor area with the help of 5s system.10 Prepare line quality and efficiency data for the production meetings.11 Make Operator Skill Matrix Sheet.12 Fill up Daily Production Sheet.13 Discussing and solving complex problems with mechanical and electrical department.14 Out side the engineering sector Working with other professionals.
