Continue Follow up for the DFTs' Dispatch to ensure timely CENVAT Credit. Tracking of Material lying with the vendors and ensuring the timley Warehouse closure. MIS ReportingTracking of various Intra MIS to ensure Timely Vendors Payments, WO Preparation, WO Amendments, BG Retrievals, PV Accounts Reconciliation, Material Reconciliation etc. Along with this to ensure the timely submission of Inter Departmental MIS. Provisions & Budget UtilizationTimely Collection of data for Capital Budget & Provisions from respective departments and discussing with circle procurement commercial head and final consolidation of budget for submission to NHQ.
