• Key responsibilities were to examine, improve, propose and facilitate implementation of people processes & policies aligned to business goals.• To work closely with the Business Units and develop training roadmaps, roles and competency matrix, such that the ROI is recorded in terms of workforce transformation.• Analyze client requirement and provide End 2 End Managing Training Delivery Cycle.• Accountable for execution of Induction training (20+ days of training in technologies identified by client) of fresher execution of corporate high end trainings for resources for leading IT Corporate such as HCL, Cognizant, Steria, Flextronics, Accenture, Bank of America, Steria, iGate, TCS, Ford, Renault Nissan, Daimler, iNautix. • Deliver technology specific modular training in Microsoft, Sun, HP, Oracle technologies as required by the corporate.• Planning and Handling the Performance Management System for Resources, Reviewing through Key Result Areas, Performance Standards, Applying & Developing Competencies, Coaching for performance.
