Asses, submit details, negotiate and finalize matters relating to Contract Variation with Clients as well as the extra claims of Partners / Associates and Major Suppliers / Contractors including matters relating to dispute / arbitration.Risk Assessment: Identify RISKS before Bidding, value analysis, determine Risks during Project execution causing financial constraints, mitigating the Risks in improvement of BOTTOM Line. Exercise the RISK MANAGEMENT PROCESS relating not only to Cliental but also with respect to Project Associates including vendors / contractors carrying out thread bare Analysis. Project Management; Right from project concept/commencement strategic planning, engineering, coordination during execution involving interactions with Client, engineering consultants/ collaborators, external suppliers / contractors and monitor cost control within sanctioned capital budget, settling contract variations with Client and all contracting agencies with a set goal to prioritize project / customer satisfaction at all times on continual basis.
