Current• Handling 4 categories with more than 15,000 SKU’s and aiming to cross 30,000 SKUs by the end of Q4, 2024.• Onboarded more than 50 small and medium size OEM’s having 5Cr. – 200Cr. Of turnover along with large size OEMs having turnover over 500 Cr. like USHA, Crompton, Orient, Havells, Bajaj, Shakti Pumps etc. as a strategic tie up to ensure more than 50% market coverage / availability in different sub-categories of Electrical Category.• Leveraging CRM data to send targeted emails and cold calling designed to increase sales.• Modified layouts and promotional techniques to drive sales.• Optimizing sales methods to best acquire, develop, and retain customers.• Tracking sales, click-through rates, and conversion rates by marketing campaign for comparison.• SKU level price competitive mapping of products listed on SuFin vs different ecommerce websites for higher conversion.
