Processing purchase requisition (PR) with required specifications required for Utilities Bulks (Lube Oil, activated Alumina, DM water Resins, Hoses, and chemicals) and other regular items. Scrutinize the PR for correctness of specifications and acknowledge receipt or reject of material within defined timeline. Tracking of discussions/ negotiations and documentation of the same in electronic data management systems. Led preparation of proposal document for CPP Plant MOCs & CAPEX by taking cost and risk data by all stakeholders involved. Reduction in steam leakage through Fermenting in complex and identification of malfunctioning stream trap through survey and getting them attended. Led coordination of Plant Shutdown activities and plant hydrocarbon accounting activities. Actively participation of effective implementation of OMPRO, ODR and WCD. Evaluating and identifying Process Safety Management Critical Equipment’s (PSMCE). Work with senior leadership to help plan resources for upcoming work and updating WIP status. Team member of Root cause analysis for analyzing the root cause of failures in Plant. Preparation/evaluation of SOPs & P&IDs. Risk Identification/Management through process hazard analysis.
